Meet the Team
We co-create spaces where people can pause, reflect, release, and rise—whether through 1-to-1 sessions, women’s circles, men-only support groups, workshops, or retreats. Our combined experience allows us to offer holistic, inclusive care—led by empathy, grounded in ethics, and guided by soul.

Carolanne
Interfaith Minister Counsellor | Soul Guide
Carolanne brings a depth of compassion, wisdom, and over two decades of experience to every space she holds. With a rich background in interfaith ministry, trauma support, and spiritual counselling, she has supported individuals and communities through life’s most tender and transformative moments.
Her approach is both heart-centred and person-centred, grounded in empathy, intuition, and the belief that healing must meet the whole person—mind, body, and soul. Whether working with grief, illness, trauma, or transitions, Carolanne walks beside each client with presence, humility, and care.
She blends traditional therapeutic tools with soulful, spiritual guidance—offering a sacred, non-judgmental space where people feel truly seen and heard. Her lived experience and spiritual insight allow her to connect deeply with those navigating complex emotional landscapes, always honouring their unique rhythm and path.
Carolanne is especially passionate about creating inclusive spaces for healing, including women’s circles, ceremonies, and bespoke sessions that acknowledge the sacredness of every life story.
“Healing isn’t about fixing—it’s about remembering who you truly are.”
