About Us

We are two experienced and compassionate practitioners who came together through a shared calling: to create a safe, sacred space where healing is not just possible—but deeply personal, empowering, and soul-nourishing.

With backgrounds in counselling, coaching, spiritual care, and trauma-informed practice, we support individuals through life’s challenges, transitions, and awakenings. Our work is rooted in lived experience—we’ve each faced our own journeys through trauma, loss, illness, and personal transformation. What we offer now is the result of years of research, training, and most importantly, healing from the inside out.

We’ve developed our own unique approaches and treatments that blend evidence-based methods with intuitive, holistic support. Whether in one-to-one sessions, women’s or men’s circles, group workshops or retreats, our focus is always the same: to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported.

We believe in the power of community, connection, and coming home to yourself.

 

Healing isn’t linear, and you don’t have to do it alone. We’re here to walk beside you.
